How does RED management have the nerve to call this a merger of equals?
RED produces the same ounces, at lower cost and from one big long life operation not two small expensive aging ones.
If SLR were any good at running mines Mt Monger wouldn't be so small and high cost.
And Sugar zone... pfft.
SLR are useless.
This is a dog deal.
No surprise they structured it so RED shareholders don't get a vote.
The only saving grace is at last close prices it appears to value RED at 37c.
