the worst part is the 2 major CR's and the dilution in 6 months...
all expenses should have been forecasted going forward (6 months to x amount of years) with a buffer and accounted for in the first raise. similar with income.
nothing more to it than sheer incompetence and amateur business management.
it's now clear that the last 2-3 announcements have all been to trying to pump the price. (as some speculated)
