THX is in unknown territory with this, and I would say there is some hostility between the parties so make it worse. This is bad news for me!. Nammuldi obviously thinks the same way. Don't expect the market to like it either.

Then there was the Court case, then some more haggling to get the 90/10 deal.

Is Mr R so bitter that he has to sabotage this deal? Cut off his nose in spite of his face? Or does he really know what he is doing and has big backing too?

Tell me Stove. How will he be able to get 75% back? What's he going to do better than THX? Even if successful, what guarantee of mining, processing and selling does he now have? Already done a deal with SFR? There is no-one else is there. Who's going to get screwed! Not SFR I would expect unless it was absolutely desperate for copper at the time .

Monty has much more copper than 30k tonnes, and yet it, as it stands without more ore being found at depth while extracting, Monty will only extend the life of mine by about a year.
