You used to submit objective posts Shady which I valued but lately you seem to be bitter towards THX for some reason which is clouding your objectivity - a shame. Referring to the wording of your post it seems that it is WR who has a problem not THX.
RB was going to sit idle for 18 months anyhow, so if WR wants to pay THX (& he has) $1.5m, plus keep the tenement in good standing, so he can play around with RB while THX concentrates their efforts on more promising ventures then that's fine with me - though I'm sure you are going to find a negative twist somewhere. Whether he is successful or otherwise he is going to have to negotiate with THX after the 18 months if not before.
Generally I am critical of THX management but I'm happy with this new outcome - either SFR or WR. As I said previously I wish they'd come up with it some time & considerable $$ expenditure earlier.
