Expanding on what I said earlier, I think just keeping shareholders in the loop would give WGX another point of difference to add to their growing collection of POD's.
@wassa made a great suggestion recently. Why not produce a basic monthly report for both employees and shareholders.
Include basic data like mining rates, grades etc for each individual mine. Employee of the month. Other happenings of note such as updates on development projects.
Release it the first Friday of every month. This would give employees a greater sense of ownership over their mines operational results and fire up friendly competition and banter between and inside internal mining divisions. Shareholders would feel like they have a front row seat into the workings of the business in which they have invested their hard-earned dollars in. Who else is doing this? Who else here would look forward to receiving a monthly operational report?
