    re: Ann: Red Fork Grows Mississippian Acres b... Ivor's report is the best out there but still very conservative. He continues to use 350m shares fully diluted to arrive at his middle scenario EV per share of $1.24.

    If you use 260m (exactly the amount on issue fully diluted post Tranche II, CN, Options, SPP) , you get a MID CASE EV of $1.67.
