To my mind this was a really misleading announcement title.
A cursory look at the release without reading the announcement suggests GCM has acquired something. Instead it is Redfox that has sought the new exploration licenses. In fact they are not yet approved by the minister, only indicative approval whatever that means! And the investment is "at little cost".
My thought is that this was perhaps a move to prevent the share price hitting what was inevitably going to be 0.02 cents.
