Seeing you are still giving advice on this site, how about comparing this misleading title (as you call it) to the Krucible Metals ASX announcement in late 2014 by the then MD about a virgin copper discovery in the NT that did not exist.
That 'error' caused the Company's new management a lot of angst and the shareholders a lot of money in legal fees and High Court fines. Perhaps you choose to forget that?
