In the current market environment, raising funding would be very hard IMO. Especially from traditional means (bank loans etc). No one is willing to take speculative punts on minnows at the moment. I expect they are having a hard time coming up with an arrangement where the rate is not through the roof. Hopefully they can pull it off, however I am not feeling positive that we will get something where empire is the winner of the deal.
