I don't understand comments like 'they want to keep it below...

I don't understand comments like 'they want to keep it below 80c' - why would anyone want to continue to keep the sp of this stock so low?? It has been at rock bottom for the past 2 years now - surely anyone who wants to load up at a cheap price has had plenty of opportunity to accumulate all of the shares they could possibly want by now. Keeping the price down for any longer just smashes the confidence anyone could possibly have in the stock and reduces the chances of it rising significantly once the alleged brakes are taken off.

I don't believe anyone is trying to keep the sp low on purpose anymore. I just think noone wants to pay anything more than 50c for a stock that has disappointed over and over for the past 7-8 years.
