I just wonder whether we might be being a bit harsh here...
It really is a good effort for any junior company to get their first gas plant up and running,which whilst not running to full capacity at this stage there are efforts being made to get it there and Alcoa seem to understand this.
It might have taken longer than we liked but at least it has got there,I'm sure there would lots of other fledgling companies happy to have to have a few teething problems with their first gasplant instead of wondering when they will get their first.
