Jake is a king deal maker in a low gold price environment. When everyone spends like drunken sailors during good times, Jake will sit in the background like a crocodile investor. When everyone gets into trouble in lean times this is when Jake employs capital effectively and brings in assets into EVN from out of nowhere.
