I see where you are coming from Robert. Let’s hope you are wrong and EVN are right. Some costs are coming down like fuel,transport logistics. What does worry me is the size of the labour force at Red Lake. I think the costs from memory was around 51%. A bit higher than it is in Australia. I noticed on the history of Red Lake they had a 4 year strike, which is absolutely an amazing length of time. Canada is a lot more unionised than here in Australia, something Jake would have known about. Apparently some one said here before that the workforce are a lazy bunch of overpaid workers. With a shortage of skilled workers these wankers can milk us dry. I don’t like it when the union of workers are calling the shots.
If we don’t pay them what they want. F..k them and let them strike again for 4 years.
