Yes and don't forget the town of Nannup... this place is hippie central.
Looking at the very small 48skm tenement from the map they provided it covers the whole town,
there is also a large winery that looks to be in the tenement zone.
That's probably why it only cost 50k.... I am all for start up lithium mines and trying to find a bargain
but I think they are dreaming trying to get approval for this.
I bought Liontown many years ago for a similar SP to what RMX are now but their tenement is nowhere near an
established town.
