What was it the Sage of Omaha said? Be fearful when others are greedy, be greedy when others are fearful? Only trouble is this is not the sort of thing he would touch, whatever he was feeling like. Still think there are a few positives here. Like they still have $3.89m cash and have indicated they will pursue other options if necessary. (Hopefully not a convertible note). Also MG et al cannot be completely clueless so it's unlikely that this cr is totally crazy. The Red Mountain project that Sandfire signed up to has a timetable of several years, I don't know why I'm not a miner but it suggests that you don't expect immediate results. That 1.4 metres of massive sulphide in yesterday's announcement at depth and going in all directions must be worth something. I suppose it would be easier to get out if it was flat but I'll leave that to the experts.
