The main thing which is a part of why the share price hasn't factored in this acquisition is RMX haven't actually acquired the project yet, they have 6 weeks of Due Diligence and then they can decide to pull the trigger and sign the binding agreement and take up the first earn-in option of $250k+$50k.

So a bit of time factor being given on the current share price for the 6 weeks due diligence, if that comes back with positive news/results then that should see some decent value added, by which time the Lithium drilling should have started.

Also don't think any of the CR takers are selling off at these levels, it's simply traders and others who got stuck at the higher level that sold off in the spike, mixed with short term traders taking profits when buying at 2.9-3.3, mixed with day-traders, mixed with traders selling to move funds else where that they see a better short term gain, traders who bought in hopes of a few pips gains and that not coming so they sell off break even/small loss.

Lots of small factors, but also very low volume trading today, with selling pressure dying down and many also waiting for further confirmation and confidence to come in before buying themselves, including for drilling to start.

so does anyone have an idea of the travel speeds of drilling rigs? and are the ones being allocated to red valley going to be truck mounted or reasembled on site?
