geez I just love how these guys negotiate their deals.
red valley was a steal for no upfront consideration, and only needs to spend $300k on ground
here we have $50k option fee (which is a standard exercise), and 7.5m shares to be placed if transaction gets go ahead (roughly $260k worth), and everything else is spent on the ground
thats just the best way I like it. no frekking millions dollars to be paid to vendors!
