it seems self evident (to me) given the (low) revised terms of this "acquisition" that the due diligence suggested it's a pretty marginal project.....
So, I'm hoping these guys are getting off their collective butts and scouring the earth for a new project, or two, that actually might amount to something....
God help us if they end up jarring the shareholders like the old management team!
