The announcement is solid, it just didn't meet the expectations of some and triggered a sell off. Stop losses would have also been a factor as people loaded up late last week on the back of volume increases, expecting a quick profit.

A heap of people would have bought in, expecting to sell before their settlement period too. Their hand was forced when the market reacted negatively, adding further selling pressure.
