There was no reason for them not to atleast apply some SOME cash on hand unless it simply wouldnt have been lucrative enough for sophs to come on without full exposure. They simply would not be at the required standard of operational negotiating capacity as a specie with cash as a board (new board btw) if they are not only always looking for other opportunities. And to think that they are spending all that time everyday on the DD alone is ludicrous. The board doesnt spend every waking hour on just RMX ventures but it will still always be in their interest to keep prospects turning over. When was the last time you saw a specie with that much cash on hand fully fund a speculative venture? Usually there are always cap raises for operational expenses. Even the old board did this.
My left walnut is out on the table for this one and im in big with this opinion.
