    A lot of panic sellers because they don't like the word CR
    I see this announcement as a positive. The company did the right thing by raising capital to fund a new venture instead of going down the debt route or worse spending the cash balance.
    The CR is rightly priced too. No investor would consider the temporary spike as the actual price
