    Cause you're not a sophi. Last thing you want is a shareholder placement at 1.1c. Imagine the dilution and overhang. Better to wait for share price appreciation and then raise. They didn't need this placement but obviously they're buttering up a few. Might be important in the future when loads more cash needs to be raised.
