    I am happy for the project to go ahead, But I would really like for the management to explain why that needed to complete a CR with enough funds in the bank and the SP at its current price and to give a discount to Soph's.

    Logic would have dictated to announce the project go ahead, let the SP rise and then complete a CR with the SP at a decent price.
