    The Board continues to regularly review new opportunities in the new energy metals, base metals and gold sector.

    Throw away line. Pretty much every spec company has this in their foot note these days. I think if management really believe in this current project they should focus the money, time and resources on it and forget about other acquisitions until they can build a decent marketcap.
