I bought more at 17 thanks.
There are 60 odd million shares that are in limbo from the way up. And short term announcement estimate would be end of month as usually 2 weeks to facilitate stage 1.
And there are no ramp buys stages and no sell buys staged but volune going through at market price only for big trades. You dont see this?
