land, houses, machinery, process plant, spares ,at $4m this looks excessively cheap....$2m p.a. Care and maintenance.

They know more than what there letting on....RVR ( Mel ) never over play any of there announcements...some may come away a little disillusioned by Mels language but look at the Thalanga process....not rushed but implememented exceedingly well....starting to show results allowing the next step in pursuing acquisitions.

These guys don't look for 6 months and not know what there plan is....just need time for it to unfold.
