It also appears that management is going to keep mining at Thalanga - otherwise why would they place an appointment in these troubled times. If shutting down Thalanga was on the agenda existing manager would have sufficed and if shut, move on to Hillgrove. Appointment to me indicates no intention to shut down Thalanga - more like to extract more value and efficiencies from operations.
