Anyone who was disappointed in today's update had their expectations set too high, this is a mine and with constantly varying grades and as such will produce varying results. COPPER concentrate was down on last quarter but ZINC up and LEAD neutral with prices for them all up.
This quarter will have its own concentrate variations at Thalanga that could be better or worse but one thing that seems to be constant is the mine output at Far West and its unlikely to change much from the 90-100,000 per quarter IMO baring mining issues, hence any gains can only be made through grade or price and as such are restricted . Bakers creek becomes the wildcard this quarter.
If certain characters could set their sights a bit lower and give themselves a chance to be surprised to the upside not the downside they would probably been doing themselves and everyone else a favour.
