So effectively all of Hillgrove's gold potential, plant and equipment effectively cost $ 2.65m at the current share price ...it was $ 4m at transaction date.....purchased for 23million shares now valued @ 11.5 cents.
Given the current value of gold, replacement plant costs, the potential restart timeframe and the Market caps of other gold stocks including just solely explorers it seems almost impossible the market isn't ascribing more value....It would seem either Rvr or the market has it totally wrong on the potential of Hillgrove alone.....without some value for Thalanga operations and land holdings.
It is really unbelievable that some explorers drilling campaigns cost more than the total purchase cost of Hillgrove.
I have doubled my shareholding in the last week however sometimes it's hard not to double guess yourself on what your not seeing give the continual decline in sp on negative or positive news...anyway looking forward to more news flow and the unfolding story....good luck to all.
