You're right about that crystal gazing. Fundamentally though one thing is certain - RVR in currently out of favour but in my humble opinion way undervalued.
Keeping to one's own investment strategies and timeframes is all that matters. The numbers just keep constantly changing along the way - down, up or sideways - doesn't really matter - when one's objectives are reached - one bails. I too have a number in mind for that. Not there yet - the number you mentioned sounds pretty good though.
