LOL, and it was a guess!
I spoke to Andrew Knox, the CEO. He was very confident, and put $800k of his own money down to secure the asset transfer from Beech (BPT). So U guessed it would not be them with a JV otherwise they would have done it themselves.
The other possibility was CUE resources, (Andrew used to work for them), but they are a bit too small for this project.
Process of elimination really, Santos wad the obvious JV Partner
I'm very happy with this deal now, ROG are completely de-risked now, essentially all they got to do is watch!
