They are looking after themselves. Isn’t it obvious. What private placement. It’s a public company. This type of practice should be banned. No transparency at all. If they want private placement they should take the company private. Buy us out. This is total BS. When things are going well private placement. When things are going badly CR for the SH. No level of playing field at all.
