I think we can agree that sonogol being a state owned enterprise has more resources and vested interest in ensuring cegohna going to production.

a lot of infrastructure needed around kwanza basin is already existing as opppose to carnavon, which requires a massive floating terminal as the cheaper alternative to building an oil terminal there. The existence of China to help build more infrastructure ensure a cheaper and in many instances high quality build. Plus a potential client to take up client.

in all, this is a long speculative bet that perhaps is a bottom of drawer kind. The assessment period alone is over 4 years before a drill decision.
