Bit of a timeline of RMX to date and some information as you'd be surprised how many don't look back at previous reports and presentations of a company. But for further in-depth information I suggest people look back at the previous announcements and reports on the Lithium and Cobalt projects.

    August - October 2016

    - Consolidation/Split
    - New Management
    - Switch of Strategy to Lithium & new energy metals
    - Capital Raise of $1.65m

    - Red Valley Lithium Brine project

    November 2016

    - BorgGeoscience - renowned lithium geologist team (known for only joining projects they believe had substance to them)
Brought on as a Consultant to assist with the Lithium drilling project & to help source further project acquisitions in Lithium & Cobalt

    - Raised $350,000 in SPP

Some pages from the Presentation of the Lithium project

Key thing for the above is that it's in WATER comparable to Clayton Valley (Litihum Water Values), not lithium concentrates being spruiked in other stocks

    February 2017

    - Credit Raise of $1.75m at 2.9c and 3.1c

    Total Cash holding $3m

    March 2017

    - Cobalt Project in DRC - Term Sheet Signed

Like the Lithium project, the deal is low upfront costs and an Earn-in agreement.

Due Diligence currently ongoing to complete by 19th May 2017

The Cobalt project looks very promising along with the Lithium, two complimentary projects for the ever growing lithium+cobalt demand for lithium-ion batteries across the world and especially China.

As Michael Langford noted China are looking for Lithium Brine:
