Announcements need to be submitted to the MAO (ASX - market announcements office) by 9.30 am at which point they are reviewed before being posted.
The company itself has no control over the exact time we see it, they hit a cue and then are released in order of submission as long as the announcement document itself meets all compliance requirements.
