I was very pleased with this announcement - I think HT will alleviate the pressure of running the company from others and this will have a massive impact.
On a side note, @Rob1_Acc what is the tax relief you've mentioned "why worry about a raise when you will get tax benefits after 12 months when you sell after drilling results in a year."
