Interesting comment regarding the performance fee. Also I wonder why the Directors NTA is $1.22 and for the rest of us the NTA is $1.13?
Have I got that right? I can understand them retaining some distributable income during the current asset acquisition stage but are we being fairly treated by the management fee and this discrepancy in NTA?
I don't understand.
Nevertheless pubs, especially well managed ones, should be a good, safe, long term asset....as long as we can trust the managers not to run off with our money.
