Totally conflicting statement in this announcement. Indeed in the one sentence

"The agreement takes effect immediately with over 2,000 users currently being added to the service with revenue generated from this agreement dependant on take up of the services …

So if 2,000 users are being added immediately, why is revenue generate dependant on take up?

This looks like a carbon copy of the Telenor agreement that was announced on 17th Oct 2016 but so far, 6 months later has generate only $200.

“This agreement initially reflects at least 5,000 Reserved Users supported by the Dubber platform”
