Hey mate I know as much as you do.. Who knows if there is a back door listing being discussed, it was speculation from myself and other posters some time ago as it seemed to be the logical next steps..

My comment was a little flippant about directors salaries as at the last 4C released they didn’t take any..

As far as listing rule 12.1 the company was given a grace period of six months from January 2023 (when the sale of the cfoam subsidiary was completed) to find another “main undertaking”.. As this timeframe has lapsed, I don’t know if the company is complying, but there’s been no announcement to the contrary..

Even in this announcement it still states that there’s been no opportunity found as a main undertaking..

I don’t think the strategic investment in carbon new energy would suffice a compliance activity..
