Was based on inverse head and shoulder pattern that may potentially play out, Was thinking may go to approx citi target $1.25, complete the head, then build out right shoulder.
Price falls back down if markets pull back April/May completing the pattern.
Take the lowest point up to the neckline and project it out (40c)
