re: Ann: Redflex Board unanimously recommends... This became a high risk, low reward play. I bought at @ $2.27 when there was the $2.50 offer on the table; then bought in @ $2.37 when there was meant to be an above $3 offer (thanks, media!) then, as it fell, I bought again @ $2.26... then, as the share continued to plummet, I thought the deal must be off so decided to protect my capital. Although tempting to get more, it was falling hard, noone was buying, and the sellers looked to be in a frenzy to get out. Overall result = 11.6% gain at today's close, and about 15% up if I wait for $2.70. Not bad, but I'll think hard before I do that again. RDF was an ugly knife.

Waiting time now to see if the offer is considered fair and reasonable, or if a better offer gets hurled. If Mac Bank had the best offer, it's a steal. I wonder how RDF will sell this to shareholders- people were buying big @ $2.50-odd.
