I'll nominate Dominic Cummings as he is short of a job as well right now. This company sure does need an advisor IMO.

To be blunt predators target poor management, undercooked products poorly financed , poorly structured etc etc . IMO current management and poor performance of the company with a good underlying product attracts this sort of attention. To perform so poorly to get a bottom of the bucket interest isn't complement .

A strategy is to do these sort of disturbing actions and just see what it shakes out as it can cause a fall in price at which a more serious approach can be made often from a lower base or at a point when cheap shares have been accumulated.
