The proposal is truly terrible for Redflow. Nobody should vote for this guy:
- Hunter Jiang plus two new directors nominated by Mr Jian to take over the board and executive control of the company.
- Hand over Redflow's IP to a Chinese company.
- 250 MILLION in-the-money options granted to Mr Jiang.
- Absolutely nothing being offered in return.
The result would be that Redflow becomes a shell: no product, no assets.
The proposal is truly terrible for Redflow. Nobody should vote...
