Back in June I emailed an enquiry to Redflow to buy one battery to supplement our existing 40kw gel lead acid stand alone system in country Victoria.
Response from Redflow happened within 24hours and I was contacted by Seven20 Electrical in Melbourne the day after the initial response from Redflow.
No complaints with buyer enquiry response time from us.
