Pure speculation. Behind the Redflow equipment, it looks like a drive through ATM set-up. And the car is a left hand drive.
Based on that, I would suggest it is US based, probably with a bank.
The other interesting thing is that it is a very tidy installation. Trimmed hedge around the enclosure. Not a "temporary" job.
Might also add, there is a small chance the "Redflow" is photoshopped (but hope I am just being to suspicious).
