    Looks like for every 2 dollars they got from customers, 1 of them effectively went into Tim's pocket. Or look at it another way, that's 13% of the recent capital raise. Not a good look. He should be on around $275k absolute tops, the same for the rest of them. He currently is on a basic of 457k PA, which for such a small business is nuts. This ain't Qantas. Up the performance-rated part and reduce the basic I say.

    Also, they only have 101 employees... so that's 12k of revenue per employee PA atm...

    I don't mind execs paying themselves well, but it needs to be from a proven large pie of incoming recurring revenue, not out of critical funds to grow the business.
