The board you elected directed your management team whose remuneration you approved. The power to kick out this board and management team was in your hands. You just elected not to do so.

4% voted against the remuneration report. 10% voted for it (just 26M votes out of 260M shares) and a whopping 86% couldn’t be bothered to vote. So who is being disingenuous and denying they had the power to do anything and it was the fault of others? It was the fault of those 86% of shareholders that were asleep at the wheel. Did you vote?
