all good points on passive SH's. That is still a big step from 'YOUR management of YOUR company', directors are charged with managing the managers not SH's and management is paid to manage.
Still not accurate to blame SH's for the running (or running down) of a company. It is always easy in retrospect to suggest that but prior to the Admin SH's all only had what information was available to SH's and then an opinion to be formed on that. You are seriously suggesting SH's had full and open transparency of how the company was tracking and being managed?
anyway, if that's your opinion then that's fine. You are allowed your opinion and it really doesn't matter any more as it won't change th eoutcome we have.. A bit like blaming SH's for Webjet now restating numbers of last FY. etc
