I've been following this on and off for years, owned shares back in 2016 to get discount for a residential property install but realised it was too big.  Stategically, a possible reason is that you have companies like https://natron.energy/  who are now selling thermally safe batteries with massive cycles just like RFX but much lighter.  So they didn't commercialise quick enough to get foothold and have been overtaken.
