I can't see why small caps can list as a public company only to satisfy salaries for the board and upper management through CR's etc.. If they can't stay afloat as a trading & viable entity, how can they justify high salaries? They should be made to delist and go back to being a private entity so they can lobby clientele through advertising and sales just like most other businesses. It's all too easy to take the money and leave share holders swinging in the wind with no safety net. There's risk and then there's blatant, deliberate miss management, knowing the law can be manipulated. Throwing your hands up in the air and saying "whoops, can't do this" is beyond unacceptable IMO.
